Physical Product Returns

If for any reason you are dissatisfied at any time during the 60 days after purchase, simply send us the product back by mail to the address below.

Once we receive your product, we'll start processing your refund which will take between 3 to 5 business days.

To be eligible for a refund, your refund request should come no later than 60 days after we shipped your product to you. You can find the date on the package when you receive it or inside your confirmation email.

Please keep in mind that we do not cover return shipping costs.
